Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
North America 3–8 business days. Europe and Asia 3–10 business days. Rest of the world 5–14 business days. Fast Global Shipping arrives in 2–5 business days for $20.

How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $50. Under $50 it is a flat $4.99.

How can I track my order?
Open your Order Details page and tap Track Package. If a tracking ID is available you will see the estimated arrival date, tracking history and a link to the carrier. If you still have questions, email support@suusilk.com.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and PayPal.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and sealed in their original packaging. Because our pieces are 100% mulberry silk worn next to the skin, an item that has been worn, washed or unsealed cannot be resold and cannot be refunded. For hygiene reasons, sleepwear, eye masks, face coverings and hair accessories cannot be returned once worn or unsealed.

How do I start a return?
Email support@suusilk.com before sending anything back. Items returned without an approved request will not be accepted.

Silk care

How do I wash silk?
Many of our pieces are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle in a mesh bag. Use a pH-neutral detergent, skip fabric softener and bleach, and dry flat away from direct sun. Check the care label on your item.
